InStride was founded by Jereb Pape to provide practical professional development grounded in the realities leaders face every day.
About Jereb Pape
Jereb Pape is an experienced leader, educator, and problem solver with more than 18 years of experience across operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, engineering, maintenance and reliability, supply chain, organizational leadership, and workforce development.
His career has spanned Fortune 500 and private-equity-backed organizations, from plant operations with approximately 20 team members to complex sites of more than 750 employees.
Before beginning his civilian career, Jereb served four years in the United States Coast Guard, supporting search and rescue and port security missions.
Jereb has completed labor relations training and has worked in both union and non-union plant environments, providing practical perspective on leadership, communication, employee relations, and organizational dynamics.
He has also taught MBA-level courses at Mount Mercy University, including Methods of Quality Management and Global Methods of Quality Management.
Jereb is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Iowa through the Iowa Association of Business and Industry and served as Co-Chair and Board Member in 2023-24. He is also a member of the Greater Burlington Leadership Class of 2025-26 through the Greater Burlington Partnership.
Jereb holds an MBA and a Master of Strategic Leadership from Mount Mercy University, along with a BBA from Strayer University.
