Jereb Pape is an experienced leader, educator, and problem solver with more than 18 years of experience across operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, engineering, maintenance and reliability, supply chain, organizational leadership, and workforce development.
His background includes labor relations training, work in both union and non-union environments, MBA-level teaching at Mount Mercy University, Leadership Iowa, Greater Burlington Leadership, and four years of service in the United States Coast Guard.
Jereb holds an MBA and a Master of Strategic Leadership from Mount Mercy University, along with a BBA from Strayer University.
